and we will start the great adventure!
I still remember the time we bought the Trans-Siberian Guidebook in Waterstone on King’s Road. We just finished visiting the Saatchi Gallery with friends. That was almost one year ago!! Time flies….
So, are we excited? Of course!
Are we prepared? I sure hope so… one can never be fully prepared I think.
Are we ready to go? DEFINITELY!
Seems a bit ridiculous to be an ‘ART’ but I am curious…. I have always been fascinated with some of the exhibition in Tate Modern. Especially the 5 stories slide we tested in 2007.
We plan to check this out after our holiday.

I was reading an article in the Time Magazine today about how people who twitters can now earn some money from advertising.
Personally advertising that appears on blogs does not bother me. It is static, it doesnt really do anything except maybe flash to get your attention when you’re going through the blog.
However, when it comes to advertising in Twitter, it’s different.
How do you know whether the person who posts the advertisement is endorsing the product or service based on personal experience or they are endorsing because they are paid to? It’s almost like people who twitters now can become mini ambassador….
Personally I would not want to read a tweet advertisement. It just simply put me off from ‘following’ the person.
What do you think? Would you try to earn some money out of twittering and potentially lose some followers?
It is exactly 2 weeks before we start the Trans-Siberian trip.
I have described the planning process we went through to organise the trip by updating the page dedicated for the trip.

I bought these yarn when I was in Brazil. If you look closer, it’s not like the typical yarn. These ones are ‘wriggly’ … so I’m hoping it will have a different texture and looks when I finish knitting them. I’m going to use it to knit a skinny scarf.

I love how it has different colours as well. Winter is so grey and gloomy in UK. A little dash of colours in my outfit hopefully will elevate my mood!
